EYFS - Invitation to Lunch, 21 September 2023

We would like to invite a parent or carer in to the school to have lunch with their child. Unfortunately, due to space, this will be limited to one adult per child. This event is taking place on Thursday 21 September 2023.

Please ensure that you list any allergies that the school needs to be aware of. On the day, the gates will open at 11.25 am, and those attending will sign in and then collect their child from their classroom and enter the dinner hall with them. The children can leave with the parent / carer once they have finished lunch (they will need to sign out in the classroom).

Can we please take this opportunity to remind all parents and carers that The Robert Drake Primary School is nut free and all visitors must refrain from eating nuts or nut based products for at least 6 hours before visiting the school. Please also note that for safeguarding purposes it will not be possible to take photographs whilst in the school.
