Year 5/6 visit to The Cardfields Centre - Wednesday 13th December

In support of the history and art curriculums, pupils in Years 5 and 6 will be visiting The Cardfields Centre on Wednesday 13th December, where they will participate in a range of activities with a Victorian theme, including Christmas wreath making, Christmas parlour games, Christmas card making and carol singing.

The coach will be leaving school at 9.00 am and will arrive back at approximately 3.10 pm.  All pupils will need a packed lunch with a carton or plastic bottle of drink (no fizzy drinks, glass bottles, chocolates or sweets please).

The theme for the visit is a Victorian Christmas.  To help your child get into the spirit of this event we ask that they wear Victorian style clothes.  Boys could wear trousers and shirts, caps and waist jackets and girls could  wear pinafore dresses and hats.

Further details have been circulated.
