Primary Dance Festival Year 3 – The Palace Theatre, Southend Tuesday 23 January 2024

The pupils in Year 3 have been invited to perform at the Primary Dance Festival which takes place on the morning of Tuesday 23 January at the Palace Theatre in Southend. The pupils will have the opportunity to learn a dance routine before performing it on the stage to a live audience.

Unfortunately, the organisers restrict the number of children in the routine to 30. Therefore, if the number wishing to participate exceeds 30, we will select pupils by ballot.

A qualified dance instructor from Deanes will teach the pupils a routine during the school day before and after Christmas in preparation for the performance.

All of the pupils have been informed of the Dance Festival. Should you wish for your child to attend the festival then please complete the permission slip on ParentPay no later than Friday 17 November 2023. There is no cost for your child to take part in the festival.
