Flu Vaccinations for Pupils

This year's flu vaccinations are due to take place in school on Monday 11 December 2023.

Your child will be bringing home this week a letter and consent form. Please complete and return the form if you DO wish to give consent for your child to receive the vaccination.

The form should be returned to the school office.

Please note that consent does need to be given for your child to receive the vaccination, and consent forms need to be completed by 8 December 2023.
