Year 3 and 4 – Food Technology
As part of the design and technology (food) curriculum, the pupils in Years 3 and 4 will be making a vegetable spring roll. They will design, make and evaluate their meal, whilst carefully studying the ingredients to ensure it is healthy. The children will be encouraged to handle and taste the following ingredients: Beansprout Pepper Sweetcorn Green beans Carrot Chinese leaf Courgette Filo pastry.
